These Terms of Service govern your use of the Nojin Legal Group P.C. website and any services obtained through our firm. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Services

Nojin Legal Group P.C. provides legal services specializing in refund and recovery claims, including consumer dispute resolution, chargebacks, fraudulent transaction recovery, and litigation support. The scope of specific services for each client will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any legal matter.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nojin Legal Group P.C. and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Liability

Nojin Legal Group P.C. will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing legal services. However, our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, or failures of third-party services.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable. For contingency or flat-fee services, clients may cancel representation with 14 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed hourly at our standard rates, or a pro-rata portion of the flat fee will be retained. Any unearned portion of an advance fee will be refunded to the client.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in San Diego County, California.
